The AL-KO Ranger S21 is for single axle caravans. The electronics are equipped with a soft start and stop function. This makes manoeuvring the caravan gently and has less effect on the chassis. Manoeuvring is done with a remote control. (433 mhz) with push buttons. You can make the caravan turn around the axis.

Technic

This is a semi-automatic mover. The mover is turned against the tires with a hand crank. The mover slides forward 4,00 cm. The rollers are adjusted about 2 cm from the tire, so the pressure of the roller in the tire is maximum 2,00 cm. The integrated indicator shows whether the mover has been placed correctly against the tires. The mover has a worm wheel transmission that prevents the caravan from rolling back on a slope. The wear-resistant maintenance-friendly aluminium drive rollers have a diameter of 6 cm, which ensures optimum grip on the tires.

The manufacturer recommends this mover for caravans up to 1500 kg. It is important to us that taking a short slope of 20% should not be a problem, so we recommend this mover with our set O55 up to a maximum weight of 1200 kg. The actual weight of the mover itself (measured by us) without battery is approximately 42,00 kg.

The height for the installation is 18,00 cm. The loss of ground clearance after installation with an appropriate chassis is 7,00 cm. The mover needs an installation length of 38,00 cm. The drive motor has 2 Motor brushes. The mover was introduced in 2016.
