The PowrMover Evolution is for caravans with single axle caravans. The electronics have a softstart and stopfunction. This makes manoeuvring the caravan gently and has less effect on the chassis. Manoeuvring is done with a remote control (868 MHz) with push buttons. You can turn the caravan around the axle.

Technic

This mover has an operation with comfort. Thus making it possible to adjust the caravan a little left or right while manoeuvring forwards and backwards. This is a semi-automatic mover. A 120 degree rotation of a wrench – and some manpower – is needed to apply the drive rollers to the caravan tyres. The actuation of the rollers is simple. With the provided crossbar both sides press simultaneous in the tires. De afgelegde afstand bij het aanzwenken is 4 cm. The actual weight of the mover itself (our measurement) without battery is approximately 41 kg.

Het aanzwenken van de rollen naar de band toe gaat volautomatisch waarbij de druk op de banden wordt gecontroleerd door de elektronica. De druk wordt opgebouwd tot 6900 Nm. De afgelegde afstand bij het aanzwenken is 4 cm. De rollen staan ongeveer 2 cm van de band afgesteld, de druk van de rol in de band is dus maximaal 2 cm. Het opzetsysteem stopt automatisch zodra de druk voldoende is of zodra de mover de volledig naar voren is geschoven. In geval van een volledig ontladen of defecte accu is de mover eenvoudig van de band af te halenwith an included special key.
